N3VO Shipping & Delivery Terms

Thank you for shopping with N3VO. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours of successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special events.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and serviceability of the destination PIN code.

Deliveries to remote, rural, or restricted areas may require additional transit time.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.


International Shipping

At present, N3VO does not offer international shipping.

We are actively working toward expanding our services globally in the future.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions

  • Transportation or logistics delays

  • High order volumes during festive seasons or sales

  • Government restrictions or public emergencies

  • Operational disruptions affecting courier partners

N3VO shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond reasonable control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete, including:

  • Full delivery address

  • Correct PIN code

  • Valid phone number and email address

N3VO shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched.


Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, incorrect contact details, or repeated non-response, the shipment may be returned to N3VO by the courier partner.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • The order may be cancelled at the discretion of N3VO

  • Refunds, if applicable, may exclude shipping or handling charges

N3VO reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) services to customers with repeated failed delivery attempts.


Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner shall be considered successfully delivered.

N3VO is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Deliveries accepted by family members, security personnel, reception staff, or neighbours at the provided address

Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery location during the estimated delivery period.

Any delivery-related concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date.


Tampered Packages & Missing Item Claims

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims related to:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect products

  • Damaged products

  • Tampered packaging

may not be accepted without valid video evidence showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.

Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.


Partial Shipments

In certain cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately based on product availability, warehouse location, or operational requirements.

Customers will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment where applicable.


Non-Serviceable & High-Risk Locations

N3VO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments to locations identified as:

  • Non-serviceable by courier partners

  • High-risk for transit loss or fraud

  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery zones

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed accordingly.


Order Verification & Cancellation Rights

To ensure safe and secure transactions, N3VO reserves the right to:

  • Hold orders for verification

  • Request additional customer information

  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, bulk reselling, pricing errors, or unauthorized transactions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Force Majeure

N3VO shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods, fires, or earthquakes

  • Strikes or labour disputes

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

  • Government actions or regulations

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Internet or system failures
